RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from YilMart. Please read our policy below for a smooth and hassle-free return or exchange process:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Note: "Change of mind" requests are not applicable for returns. Returns are only processed if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
RETURN PROCESS

Video Proof: Return request ke sath product ki ek choti si video send karein jisme issue clear nazar aa raha ho.
Shipping: Customer ko product khud traceable courier (jaise TCS, Leopards, ya Registered Post) ke zariye hamare address par waapis bhejna hoga. Return shipping ke charges customer ada karega.
REPLACEMENT & REFUND CHARGES
Original Delivery Charges: Jo delivery charges aapne pehle diye hain (typically Rs. 250), wo non-refundable hain.
Exchange/Replacement Fee: Agar aap koi product exchange karwana chahte hain, to replacement delivery ke liye Rs. 250 courier charges dobara lagenge.
REFUND OPTIONS & TIMELINE
Refunds aapki preference ke mutabiq Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, ya Store Credit ki surat me diye jayenge.
Waapis bheja gaya product jab hume mil jayega, to uski checking ke baad 2 working days ke andar aapka refund process kar diya jayega.
